Join us this March for the KIDS NUTRITION EVENT to learn Healthy and Exciting Recipes for Kids from  the Legendary Alice Taabu of the famous T.V Show “Mke Nyumbani”! A household name in Kenya best known for her demonstration of modern cookery on television.

Alice Taabu hosted the show for more than 20 years and her cookery book was a winner of its category in the Gourmand World Cook Book Award 2002.

The ” Kids Nutrition Event ” will feature:

• Live demos and cooking tips from Alice, including;
• healthy main meal recipes
• as well as snacks recipes and teach us how to make healthy food choices for our child(ren).
• She will also touch on useful tips around the kitchen, food hygiene and so much more including tips on running your home.

( This event is for mums and for this particular event there will be no need to come with your child(ren) so that you can concentrate as much as possible).
