OWIT- Nairobi is the first chapter in Africa of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), a non-profit making organization for the women and men working in all facets of international trade, designed to promote the advancement of women in trade and business.

Launched in April 2001, OWIT-Nairobi is a forum for networking, education, information dissemination, professional growth and leadership. Our members include women entrepreneurs, in import/export trade, sales and marketing, public relations, logistics, catering, transportation, freight forwarding, consultancy, accountancy, law, banking and finance and information technology.
